The Wheel has four quadrants, the physical, the mental, the emotional, and the spiritual.

The physical quadrant consists of 5 things: home, health, geographic location and whether to move or not, relations with casual acquaintances, and survival income. We will examine ways to shore up existing finances, safeguard and build health, and provide sufficient food instead of struggling paycheck to paycheck, or being broke by the third week of the month.

There will be coping strategies that people can do, beginning right away, to stabilize life. A stabilized life is a life that dreams can be built upon.
